Basic idea is to use the signet and venoms to lock the target in place, then just spam cloak and dagger and back stab over and over. With infusion CnD costs 3 initiative and every time you backstab you get 2 initiative back. In addition Infiltrators and patience might boost your initiative regen enough to keep up. Hidden thief and hide in shadows also help bring up your initiative in addition to possibly recharging your venoms to lock them down again.
Edit: Looking at it on paper you probably don't need infiltrators or patience at all. Assuming you are backstabbing hte back stab, CnD combo only costs 1 initiative and that's if neither crit which is actually statistically unlikely maybe get cowardly or cloaked in shadow instead for the trait and maybe caltrops or needle trap for infiltrators.
